METBOWS requests some of your personal information (name, age, areas of interest, e-mail, etc.) in order to provide better service to its customers.
This information collected on METBOWS servers is used only within METBOWS in periodic campaign studies, designing special promotional activities for customer profiles, and customer "classification" studies to prevent unwanted e-mails from being sent.
METBOWS never shares the information it collects from membership forms with third parties without the knowledge or instruction of the member in question, and does not use or sell them for commercial purposes for any reason other than its activities.
METBOWS analyzes and interprets the visitor movements and preferences it observes during the use of the site, in addition to the personal information it requests in e-mail addresses and membership forms.
This statistical data, which does not contain personal information, can be shared with METBOWS business partners in order to provide METBOWS customers with a more special and effective shopping experience.
Customer information can only be disclosed to official authorities if this information is requested by official authorities in accordance with the procedure and in cases where it is required to make a statement to official authorities in accordance with the provisions of the mandatory legislation in force. Only the Customer can access all information entered by the Customer into the system and only the Customer can change this information. It is not possible for anyone else to access and change this information.
Your credit card information requested on the payment page is not kept on the servers of METBOWS or the companies that provide services to it in any way in order to keep the security of our valued customers who shop on the site at the highest level. In this way, all transactions for payment are carried out between your bank and your computer via the METBOWS interface.
Our members can apply to METBOWS and have the following information about themselves;
To learn whether personal data is processed,
To request information about personal data if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation,
To request notification of correction, deletion and destruction processes carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
To object to the emergence of a result against the person by exclusively analyzing the processed data through automatic systems,
To request compensation for damages in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data,
METBOWS may provide its reasoned positive/negative response in writing or digitally in accordance with the above-mentioned requests. If the requested transactions require a cost, it is possible to request a fee based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
