Your orders will be delivered to the cargo company within 20 business days (Monday-Friday) after the bank approval is received. Depending on the distance of the delivery address to Metbows, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.

The delivery times of special production products vary according to the manufacturing time. The delivery information and times of such products are specified on the product pages.

In case of a problem caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. No delivery is made on holidays and vacations.

All the products you will purchase will be delivered to you with the assurance of the cargo companies you have chosen.

RETURN and EXCHANGE shipments are made with MNG Cargo company. You need to call our customer service representative and request a return code for the product you will send. You can deliver it to the nearest MNG Cargo branch with the return shipment code given to you.

The return and exchange procedure will not be accepted if it is sent from other cargoes.

We recommend that you call our Customer Service team at 0536 731 37 12 and share all the information about the package with our representative. Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 18:30 Our Customer Service team may also ask you to share visual evidence of the products (photos, videos, etc.) to speed up the process.

You will be notified of the products you purchased with a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have selected are out of stock, an e-mail will be sent to you regarding the issue and you will be informed of the date the product will be in stock first.

shop.metbows.com is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time. In rare cases, the consumer may purchase the same product and the product is out of stock; in this case;

If the product you paid for online is out of stock, the supply period is between 1-8 weeks. If the product is not available in overseas stocks, the supply period for special orders is approximately 12 weeks. You can get information from our sales consultants for special situations.

If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer within these dates, the payment will be refunded to the consumer.
